How should I handle a problem with a hotel?

Answered By Hailee Quincey, Editor

In case you have problems with your hotel, talk to the right hotel personnel that can help you with your problem. Do it in a nice manner, you should be polite and calm. Any business establishments abide by the rule 'the customer is always right.' But as a customer, don't abuse your rights. A problem can be resolved if both parties are willing to settle matters in a legitimate way. Try to talk first to the concierge or to the front desk personnel, if your issues are not straightened out, demand, in a polite but straightforward manner for the manager.
