Can you answer Charlie J’s question about Hotels?:

I am planning to travel to England and Ireland in July, what is the least expensive route to book a week for lodging?

Hotels Feedback: i highly reccomend getting the Frommers travel book, you can get it at the library. then look up the rooms they flay as “finds” these are usually great bargans. for a nice place.
The frommers collections seam to be good for a average income, not supper fancy (although they do list some) yet you need not worry about staying in a real dive either. the book supplies emal address, websites and telephone numbers to all hotels.
If you go with a travel agent you’ll pay more.
    good luck and happy travels.

Hotels Feedback: Do some searching online: Try - they have good deals for UK and Ireland. Another VERY inexpensive route is to use hostels - try

These days its possible to book a private room at many hostels.

Hotels Feedback: If you are staying in Ireland for a week you could try sharing an apartment with somebody. It is the most ideal way to expirence the culture, depending on your age I guess. But if you go to
you can see people looking for roommates. Most of them won’t mind taking in a traveler for a week or so. The website provides pictures of the apartments/houses, location details and contact info for free.

Sharing with a roommate or two could be a fun way to make your trip to Ireland more memorable and be introduced to the best spots in town. You can negotiate a good price too!!
